General Norms and Regulations

  • Primary intake classes are Class III and Class XI, subject to seat availability.
  • Vacancies in other classes are limited and filled only when seats become available.
  • Students seeking admission to Class III must be 8 years old as of 1st April of the admission year.
  • Admission is granted only after:
    • Entrance Test (where applicable)
    • Parent Interaction
    • Availability of seats

Students from CBSE, ICSE, or State Board recognized schools are eligible for admission.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

  • Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate (Nursery to UKG)
  • Blood Group and Haemoglobin (HB) Report from an authorized lab
  • Transfer Certificate (UKG onwards)
  • Previous Report Card (UKG onwards)
  • Category Certificate (if applicable – SC/ST/OBC/Others)

  • Students must be from CBSE, ICSE, or State Board recognized schools
  • Submit:
    • Original Transfer Certificate (TC)
    • Previous Report Card
    • Migration Certificate (if Board is not CBSE)
    • Inter-State Transfer Certificate, countersigned by the CBSE Chairman/Education Officer (if transferring from another state)
  • Only students with "Passed" or "Promoted" status will be considered. Failure to submit required documents within 15 days of result declaration may lead to cancellation of admission.

Withdrawal Policy

  • A written notice of one month must be submitted before the 10th of the month.
  • Failure to provide notice will result in one month's fee being charged.

Refund Policy

If admission is withdrawn after fee payment:

  • Only Caution Money and Library Security will be refunded.
  • Refund will be processed only on submission of original receipt.
  • If the original receipt is lost:
    • An affidavit from a First-Class Magistrate is required.
    • Affidavit must be signed by either parent.
