Security Awareness Session
“Safety
is not a gadget but a state of mind.”
Blue Bells Model School, Sector 4, Gurugram, hosted an
enlightening session on Online Safety & Cybersecurity Best Practices
on 15th October 2025 for the teachers of Blue Bells Model School and Blue Bells
Preparatory School. The keynote speaker, Mr. Rakshit Tandon, Cyber Security
Evangelist & National Cyber Security Expert, captivated the audience with
his deep insights and engaging examples. The session under the flagship of Ms
Anshuka Aneja, Associate Director , Information and Technology aimed to empower
educators with the knowledge and tools needed to create a safe and secure
digital environment for students.
Mr. Tandon emphasized the need for strong passwords, advised
against giving mobile phones to children below 13 years, and warned about the
dangers of responding to unknown numbers or clicking on suspicious links. He
illustrated each point with numerous real-life incidents, making the session
highly relatable and impactful. He urged everyone to remain vigilant and alert
in the digital world.
