Report on 2–Day Educational Excursion to Jaipur & Chokhi Dhani

Blue Bells Model School organized a two-day educational excursion to Jaipur and Chokhi Dhani for the students of Classes III, IV and V. The trip was planned with the objective of providing experiential learning and enhancing students’ understanding of India’s rich cultural and historical heritage.

The students assembled at school early in the morning and departed for Jaipur by A/C coach. Upon arrival, they visited Amer Fort, where they learned about Rajput architecture and the grandeur of ancient forts. In the evening, students enjoyed cultural activities and traditional hospitality at Chokhi Dhani, which gave them a glimpse of Rajasthani village life.

On the second day, the group visited prominent heritage sites including City Palace, where students observed royal artifacts and gained insight into the lifestyle of the former rulers of Jaipur. They also explored Jantar Mantar, where they learned how ancient astronomical instruments were used to measure time and study celestial bodies. The students also viewed Hawa Mahal from outside and admired its unique architectural design.

Throughout the excursion, students displayed enthusiasm. They learned the importance of preserving heritage sites, developed independence and teamwork, and strengthened their bond with peers and teachers.

The trip concluded successfully with students returning safely to school in the evening, carrying joyful memories and meaningful learning experiences.
