A dream becomes reality through determination, will power, self-discipline and sheer hard work. Sri B.D. Gulati, Founder Chairman of Blue Bells Model School is a dreamer,a visionary who with whole hearted dedication and efforts laid the foundation of the school long back and has shaped the lives of many young individuals. Blue Bells Model School commemorated its 34th Founder’s Day on November 10, 2014. A special assembly session was organized to celebrate the august occasion through a spectrum of activities. Ms. Suman Gulati,Director Blue Bells Group of School graced the occasion by her benign presence. The day commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the chief guest followed by a shloka recital. A Panel discussion was conducted by Ms. Payal Uppal and the school Literary Secretary Divyansh Chauhan with the alumni of the school on the topic ‘Education: Now and Then’. The interaction highlighted the fact that there is a positive change in today’s teaching- learning methodology and the transformation has definitely brought students and teachers very close to each other where students share their thoughts with their teachers without any fear and inhibition. A movie on school history was presented by Anshita Raghav of VII E under the able guidance of Middle Wing In charge Ms. Anshu Malika Kumar taking everybody down the memory lane. The Director of the school addressed the gathering and outlined the significance of respect and deep emotional bond between the teachers and students. A hawan was arranged to mark the event and to seek the blessings of Almighty. A rally was also organized in and around sector 4 to create an awareness on cleanliness and spread the message of education. A street play on ‘Cleanliness’ was also enacted to enable people to understand its importance and relevance in everyone’s life. The celebration had indeed added one more chapter in the glorious history of Blue Bells Model School.
