Rights Day Assembly
“Kindness Is The Best Form Of Humanity”
Human
Rights Day is observed every year on 10 December — the day the United Nations
General Assembly adopted, in 1948: it was a milestone in proclaiming the
inalienable rights which everyone is inherently entitled to as a human being.
We
are never too young to change the world and its’ the 21st century
learners whose participation is essential to achieve sustainable development
for all. To inculcate the value of making positive a change a special assembly on
Human Rights Day was conducted by Class III C on December 09, 2019. The
students presented a talk on the relevance of the day. They also shared basic
Human Rights like
1. Fair and Free World. There must be proper
order so we can all enjoy rights
and
freedom in our own country and all over the world.
2. Responsibility. We have a duty towards other
people, and we should protect their rights and freedom.
3. Freedom of Thought. We all have the right
to believe in what we want to
believe.
4. Freedom of Expression. We all have the right
to think, to say and to share our
ideas with other
people.
The assembly concluded
with a mesmerizing dance presentation on the song “ Kisi ki muskarahaton pe ho
nisaar”. The message about how our
rights are a foundation of sustainable development and peaceful societies was
conveyed beautifully through the presentation.

A vibrant Har Ghar Tiranga rally was held to commemorate the 75th anniversary of India's independence. Ms. Alka Singh, Principal of Blue Bells Model School, flagged off the rally, which saw enthusiastic participation from students of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) and the Scouts and Guides.
